a)    For MsC Students

1. Application form; filled up electronically (http://ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr) completed, checked, printed and signed with blue ink pen. 

2. Photocopy of identify certificate or passport,

3. One passport size picture,

4. BSc/Licence/Maitrise diploma and transcripts (Translated in Turkish or in English and retified by notary),

5. A letter of acceptance of MSc Programme with thesis or student certificate from the unversity in Turkey,

6. Two letters of references,

7. Proof of special condition: economical and social disadvanteged condition (if available and applicable only) and social engagement (civil society), (optional),

8. Employment certificate consist of evidence for the working with research releted areas and letter of the acceptance for being on leave of absence by present work place (optional).

9. Turkish (TÖMER) or English (TOEFL, IELTS) certification (optional).

b) For PhD Students

1. Application form; fulled up in electronically (http://ebideb.tubitak.gov.tr) completed, checked, printed and signed with blue ink pen.

2. Photocopy of identify certificate or passport,

3. One passport size picture,

4. BSc/Licence/Maitrise diploma and transcripts (translated in Turkish or in English and retified by notary),

5. A letter of acceptance of MSc Programme with thesis or student certificate from the unversity in Turkey,

6. Two letters of references,

7. A research plan explaining the aim, experience and background of the candidate on the proposal subject prepared in Turkish or in English,

8. Proof of special condition: economical and social disadvanteged condition (if available and applicable only) and social engagement (civil society), (optional),

9. Employment certificate consist of evidence for the working with research releted areas and letter of the acceptance for being on leave of absence by present work place (optional).

10. Turkish (TÖMER) or English (TOEFL, IELTS) certification (optional).
